Cancellation Policy

At Signature Scent Laredo, we work hard to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy before completing your purchase.

Online Orders

Online orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, fulfilled, shipped, prepared for pickup, or scheduled for local delivery. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information before the order is processed.

Once an online order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final. Shipping fees, delivery fees, and processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final once the transaction has been completed. Orders purchased in person cannot be canceled after payment has been processed. All sales are final.

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Pre-orders, special orders, and items reserved specifically for a customer cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once payment or a deposit has been made. These items are secured specifically for you and may not be available for resale.

Installment or Partial Payment Orders

Orders placed using an installment plan, deposit, or partial payment option cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed. Payments made toward these orders are non-refundable. Products will only be fulfilled once the balance has been paid in full.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before the order has been processed, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.
